Case Study

We run a large postal customer satisfaction survey for a bank, where we handle everything from questionnaire printing and dispatch to the provision of data in a bespoke front end allowing our client to run their own analysis as desired. Other work has concerned highly emotional aspects of customer service, including how customers feel, for which we have used several projective methodologies.
