History A clients concern at declining
loyalty resulted in a longitudinal study, taken from different angles.
Fieldwork converted existing and departed customers of competitors and
employees. The work helped to set specific performance targets for
individual divisions, subsequently tracked over time. A different client
wanted to create from nothing a brand aimed at the end users, in contrast
to other brands normally addressed at specifiers. This work used highly
