Unfinished Business
- Many companies have too much data and too little time (or manpower) to get the maximum from it. Sometimes they buy more data, when some Knowledge Management on existing data could answer the question.
- We see data like oil or corn: a raw material which experienced and creative analysis refines into information rich with insight. We have done this for many companies, working in automotive, technology, industrial, financial, food and entertainment industries. Our analysis mandate aims to reduce piles of data to nuggets of inspiration. We prospect for insight, sweating the data and questioning the answers until we're happy with the result: clear, concise, credible and constructive. Our experience in marketing means that the insights have a commercial edge, not an ivory tower unreality.
- Not only do we distil the data into knowledge, we also find the best way to express it through communicable insights. The main audience usually has little experience or interest in research and its technology, but great appetite for marketing ideas that move the brand ahead. We aim to fine tune our delivery away from research jargon and towards an actionable review of the opportunity. Frequently we advise on developing alternative media to the industry norm of slide presentations.
