RESEARCH-BASED CUSTOMER ENCOUNTER DAYS
Research-Based Customer Encounter Days are a cost effective and informal way to build stronger business relationships, address real issues and remind the whole team what the customers are really thinking.
We bring together a number of your account’s customers at a viewing facility for a three hour immersion and experience session. We use group discussions, mini groups or paired depths across a broad range of topics.
We particularly encourage the creation of ‘issues and opportunities’ to generate product ideas, discuss problems with existing options and examine competitive offerings. Afterwards, we can then facilitate a short workshop to air main observations can be aired and action points.
